The building site is 2 acres, and there are 2 towers with 3B+G+19 floors each. Each of the 180 homes is designed to be comfortable. Prices for this pre-launch project start at ₹2.40 Cr and go up from there. The Prestige Group built it, and the owner hopes to take ownership in December 2030. The RERA number is still being processed.
