Hey everyone! It's so great to be back again this year, I had a lot of fun working on this and i'm so excited! I decided I wanted to make something extra special for my favorite girl by making Dia's favorite food!

I introduce Matcha Panna Cotta! ((Featuring my growing ensemble of Dia merch <3))

I 100% put it in a Ruby ramekin to symbolize what a good older sister Dia is uwu.

But I also began to feel like this was too plain looking and I wanted to make it special for her! So I added a hand cut strawberry rose on top!!! This totally didn't take me multiple attempts I promise,,,,,,,,

After that I wanted to make the top more like her symbol and i'm a sucker for strawberry decorations so the next stop obviously had to be making this an even bigger flower~

I played around with two designs for this step, one that was more like Dia's symbol, and one that bloomed off of the centerpiece!

But you know what? This just wouldn't be complete without one made specifically for Ruby to enjoy with her big sister~ This one was made specially in her color like I choose to believe Dia would probably do if making a dessert for her sister,,, ((She would also absolutely give Ruby her strawberries))

If it wasn't obvious enough I have a big ole crush on Dia and was ecstatic at the opportunity to make and try her favorite dish! ((Very good by the way! If you love Matcha flavors this is like the perfect thing for you!!))

This girl has been like an icon and guiding light for me and was the first girl I could really identify and bond with when I started transitioning~ ((Totally helps that we share the same beauty mark,,,)) I actually recently got a cosplay in for her, I haven't really gotten to touch up perfectly on it today and my face was super gross but I wasn't about to pass up an opportunity to have Dia's favorite food dressed as her <3 It was a super fun and enjoyable experience to make and enjoy and I love being able to share it with all of you!!! <3

I'm so totally looking forward to future baking competitions and ((hopefully)) getting better and better with each one~
