UPDATE 4: 12/17/2017
Here is the 4th update, and probably the second to last update Secret Tomodachi will have. Applications have ended, so if you sign up later than now, your application will not be included in our list of applications. As of this post (21:45/9:45 PM EST), there are roughly 10 people left to send a PM to. Per usual, we have a list of people who have 5 days to reply back to us, and a list of people who have been removed.
IMPORTANT:
As we suspected, there are some people who are left gift-less due to people dropping out or people being kicked out of Secret Tomodachi. If you would like to help make gifts for these users, please drop a comment below with your School Idol Tomodachi profile!
As December 23rd is drawing near, people are beginning to finish their gifts.
For those who have a physical gift and receive it earlier than the 23rd, feel free to open it and take pics. This was our very first year doing physical gifts, so we want to see what people have bought (In fact, we were extremely nervous too, especially because shipping stuff out can be difficult)! We actually want to see what everyone got, so do make a post about it and tag it with MySecretTomodachiGift!
For those doing digital gifts that have already finished their gift, WAIT until December 23rd! If you cannot wait until 23rd for external reasons, we understand. However, please PM a mod about it in advance before sending your recipient their gift. Additionally, you are free to make a post about it (i.e. tumblr) showcasing the gift that you have made. We ask that if you do this that you watermark it (and that we can clearly point out the watermark). However, your recipient should be receiving the gift without the watermark.
ON THE DAY OF DECEMBER 23rd: So it's December 23rd, you got your PM with your gift. You thank your person and wish them Happy Holidays. Now what? You make a post on School Idol Tomodachi about it, obviously! When you're making your post and showcasing the gift you received from your Secret Tomodachi, tag it with MySecretTomodachiGift! If you are worried about people stealing your gift(s) for themselves, you are free to watermark it as you please. It is your gift, after all. The last thing anyone would want to see is their gift being stolen.
This is NOT to be confused with Person A posting the art they made for Person B on School Idol Tomodachi. Person A will PM Person B the work they have made for them; and Person B will showcase this via a post and sharing Person A's School Idol Tomodachi profile. For example,
My Secret Tomodachi was Person A! They made me this really cute edit (insert image of artwork here). Thank you so much, Person A, and again, Happy Holidays! Check out Person A's SIT account here! (insert profile link here)
