Text error in Over 40 Million Players! notification

There was a text error in the notification regarding the "Over 40 Million Players" campaign, which was published on Sun, October 15 UTC. The error is located in the "Scout 11 Scouting Ticket" description under the "Item details" of the "Special Item Packages" section.

Excerpt from the original notification:

  • Scout 11 Scouting Ticket

A ticket for a Scout 11 scouting in Honor Student Scouting and Limited Scouting.

Scout 11 Scouting Ticket is not actually valid for "Limited Scouting" on Global version of School Idol Festival, and the item description should have read as below:

  • Scout 11 Scouting Ticket

A ticket for a Scout 11 scouting in Honor Student Scouting.

In order to address this issue, we plan to implement the following.

The same number of Scout 11 Scouting Ticket(s) to the number of "40M Players Pack: μ's" and/or "40M Players Pack: Aqours" any player has purchased, which are still in their inventory will be automatically removed, and exchanged for 50 Love Gems per Scout 11 Scouting Ticket removed.

Affected players

Anyone who has bought either or both of "40M Players Pack: μ's" and "40M Players Pack: Aqours."

Planned date and time for the exchange

As we require some extra time to address this issue, we plan to perform the collection of Scout 11 Scouting Ticket(s) and exchange to Love Gems between 8:00 am to 9:00 am on Thursday, November 23 UTC.

Affected players please note -

  • If you have the same or less number of Scout 11 Scouting Ticket(s) in your inventory, to the number of affected packs you have purchased, all your Scout 11 Scouting Ticket(s) will be removed in exchange for Love Gems.

  • If you do not have any Scout 11 Scouting Tickets, nothing will happen.

  • Exchange Love Gems will be sent to your Present Box.

  • If you intended to use the Scout 11 Scouting Ticket(s) for Limited Scouting, please refrain from using the Scout 11 Scouting Ticket(s) until after the exchange has taken place. You will then be able to use the 50 Love Gems you received for Limited Scouting.

  • If you do not wish for the Scout 11 Scouting Ticket(s) to be removed and exchanged for Love Gems, please use up all Scout 11 Scouting Tickets so that you have none in your inventory, before the exchange takes place.
