Summer time issues

We are aware of some issues for players in countries which use summer time. School Idol Festival does not support summer time.

Known issues

• Game freezing up after closing the notification popup after boot-up
• Game freezing up during a Live Show
• LP display getting misaligned

If you encounter any of the above, please try the following to see if it would improve the situation.

1. Close School Idol Festival completely (not delete.)

On Android devices

• Launch the recent applications menu by tapping the Overview button.
• Find School Idol Festival from the list displayed, swipe it to the side.

Note

Functionality may differ slightly depending on your device. Please refer to the device's user's manual for more details.

On iOS devices

• View your recently used apps by double-clicking the Home button.
• Find School Idol Festival preview, and swipe it upward.

1. Change the device's time setting to "UTC," then reboot the device.

2. Boot School Idol Festival.

3. If the issues have been resolved, revert the device's time setting to your local time.

We also recommend you to back up your game data by setting a Transfer Passcode and Transfer ID.
