FAQ: Why are my card stats higher than Sukutomo's?

FAQ: Why are my card stats higher than Sukutomo's?

Recently we've been getting this question a lot. Generally it follows the form of "my IRL card's [Smile/Pure/Cool] statistics are much higher than those indicated on School Idol Tomodachi's website." The inquiries typically include screen shots verifying the assertion.

Fortunately Sukutomo staff member AmbiBambi was able to immediately recognize and explain the issue.

To paraphrase: the values on Sukutomo's site are for cards with 0 (zero) bond points. If you subtract your card's current bond from the statistic representing the card's attribute, then the number should be the same as on the website.

For our example card here. Christmas Carol Pana is a Cool attribute card, so we'll look to her Cool attribute. Sukutomo lists the card at 5340 with zero bond. Here, the card itself is fully bonded at 1000, and has a Cool rating of 6340. Subtracting 1000 from 6340 yields 5340!

Obviously, School Idol Skills provide additional math, and that's why they were removed from the card prior to creating this tutorial. There's more to all of this, and for those so inclined, we provide some helpful links below. If you know of other resources, send them and we'll included them.
