Wanted to draw one of my idol OCs a kind of 90's, loosely Sailor Moon inspired outfit Silhouette with a loose top and -Taylor Swift voice- tight little skirt, and since Emi is the most fashion-concious she was the best candidate for it. (Pretty Girl is also fashionable, but her style is more defined, she would wear an outfit similar to this but not JUST like this, definitely different shoes and either bare legs or tights, not kneesocks, basically her style is more mature and/or athletic-inspired, Emi is more versatile in that she wears more girly cute fashion also.
