Reina's one-year-older brother, Rine, who's the vice-president of the school council and whose goal is to overthrow the current president so he could make Reina's wish of being able to become an idol true. Seemingly happy and kind, he is popular with the students who are oblivious to his much darker personality.

He seems very overprotective of his younger sister but only because he believes that he is her only competition and the only one who can "bully" her. As the heir of the family, he grew up essentially without much spoiling from his parents or others though due to his independence. Instead, he had to meet theirs and others' expectations constantly all the time quickly becoming capable in all areas but cooking (although he excels at creating poison).

In front of others, he creates a persona and often confuses himself on his true personality thus resulting in his inability to make decisions for himself or what he likes and dislikes.

Whether or not his obsessiveness over his sister is a result of misplaced anger and jealousy for gaining their parents' love or her being the only one who doesn't depend on him thus his desire to do everything for her, Reina is the only one who knows his different sides.
