Honoka is always working hard to reach her dreams, even if they're impossible. Even when no one would form an idol group with her, she still tried practicing moves on her own. She kept practicing for every live performance. Even when Nico and Eli were demanding so much from them, Honoka still worked hard to meet their standards. Even with zero experience in being an idol, she still worked to the limit. She wanted to make sure she gave her 100% in all her performances.

Honoka is also very good at motivating others. When everyone felt down who cheered them up? Honoka! When Umi felt nervous during their first performance who boosted her confidence? Honoka! Honoka always cheers on. Even her famous line "FAITO DAYO! (Fight on!)" is to motivate people to do their best.
