Something I've seen a lot in this site is how idol groups are organized (like "Who's the choreographer" or "Who's the composer"), I always though that was a cool thing to plan because it gives a more proffesional vibe to the groups so here's Spells Garden's group organization:

· Gina: General organization, accessory desing (main) / costume design, choreographies (support). Since Gina is the leader and is used to organize almost everything in her home, being in charge of the whole organization isn't a hard request for her. Also, she usually wears a lot of handmade accesories (such as her usual ribbons with bells) so making the accesories for the rest of the members is something she really enjoys.

· Hiiragi: Singing training, songs' lyrics (main) / composer (support). Thanks to the singing classes she has been attending since her early childhood she's usually the one who teaches the rest of the group how to sing, even Miu, who helps her with this, praises her voice. She's has been the main lyricist of the group since the start because she reads a lot and she tends to express herself better while writting.

· Honoka: Choreographies, dance training (main) / costume design, accessory design (support). Even if it was during a year and a half, she attended ballet classes with her sister (until Misa left), but dancing has always been her passion, so she practices every day in her home, learning the choreographies of her favourite groups. She likes to help with the costume design too because she usually draws her "dream clothes" since it's hard for her to find clothes that meets her standards.

· Nami: Costume making (main) / control of social media accounts (support). As a cosplayer, she has experience at sewing and make up, she's also in charge of everyone's hairstyles during performances and video recording. She's in charge of updating Spells Garden's instagram account, people know she's the one that controls the account, so many of her usual fans of her cosplay account started following the group because of this.

· Nadia: Stage design, control of the camera while recording (main) / acting traning (support). She has been studying to be a photographer since her childhood and has learnt a lot from her father so she's usually the one that sets up the stage as "something that could look good on a photo", paying attention to the framing of the stage while decorating it and, of course, she controls the camera while they are recording their videos, deciding the camera angles and stuff.

· Misa: Control of social media accounts, video editing (main) / Choreographies, composer (support). She's generally the one who has the control over every social media account they have as she's kind of famous in twitter too. She used to record herself while playing so she has basic control over video editing programs. She also helps her sister with choreographies and can help composing because when she left the ballet lessons she started attending to guitar lessons.

· Yukari: Composer (main) / Stage design, general organization (support). She the groups main composer. Like Hiiragi, she attended music lessons at a young age, but instead of singing, she learnt how to play the double bass and the violin and she always liked composing her own melodies. She also helps Gina with the organization, she knows their leader is very capable of doing this work but as the daughter of a family who as educated her to be in charge of the family bussiness, she's very diligent and is used to putting things in order as the stunder council presindent.

· Miu: Acting training, singing training (main) / songs' lyrics, dance training (support). Even if she's a pro idol and obviously she helps with every type of idol training, her main task is to teach the rest of the girls how to behave on stage. She's used to "act" on her performance so nobody can notice that she usually has mental breakdowns before performing due to her anxiety, she doesn't want to worry her fans and is used to act like a "proper idol" in public. She asked Nadia to help her with this because she noticed that she usually fakes being emotionless in a very convincing way.

· Cara: Bureaucratic procedures, bringing the drinks while training (main) / control of social media accounts (support). She's the one with less experience with idol things so she doesn't really know how to help. The rest say to her that "having her with them is enough" as she's like a mood make but she really wants to do something for the group so they put her in charge of things like bringing the paperwork to the places they are going to perform in and bringing the drinks during the trainings, those things are easy for her since she's the type of girl who doesn't like stand still all the time so tasks that require going to places are perfect for her.
