Dearest Dia,

I wanted to give you something for your birthday, but since that is of course, impossible(sadly), so I wrote you a poem.

Your eyes shine like emeralds in a hidden fortress.

Your brown hair falls perfectly down your back like a waterfall.

When you smile, the world smiles with you.

-

Your tender voice escapes the screen I watch you on and traps me in a place where you are all I see.

You are the perfect image of a traditional beauty.

Crimson red; the color of the heart that beats in my chest, the color of you.

-

My love, I would give up everything for you to be happy.

I only wish that you were more than a picture on a screen, that you were right here next to me for me to love eternally.

You shine brighter than a diamond, you're more like the stars that twinkle above our heads at night.

-

Even the small mole on your face is gorgeous, so little, but says so much.

Your blushing cheeks compliment your graceful expression, the one that is worn every day.

The azalea of maturity hides in shame when you are spoken of, for none dare to rival the honest natural beauty of the gemstone that is you.

-

Smile, my darling, for you are loved.

Laugh, my dearest, for you are cherished.

My lovely Dia, you are unlike any other.
