Here's my entry for the school idol cafe contest! I wanted to bake a sweet dessert that was themed of my best girl, Honoka. Her favourite food is strawberries and she also really loves bread, so I combined them and made home-made strawberry bread!

To make it, you just use a regular loaf cake recipe but add chopped strawberries and a little bit of fruit juice for flavour. It came out really nice and fragrant and I dusted Honoka's symbol on top with icing sugar. It tasted great!
